INFORMATION
- New - for our enviroment. You will recieve a winepasscard for the whole Duration in our house. With this card you can use the public transport.
- The prices shown are per person, per day including a substantial breakfast buffet and excluding the local tax of 2,50 Euro per person and day.
- We are happy for you to bring your dog with you (supplement of 10.00 Euros per day).
- Children who share their parents’ bedroom have a reduction of 50% from 3 to 8 years old; 30% up to the age of 12; and 15% above 12 years old.
- Small children up to 3 years old free of charge. Cot, baby alarm and highchair are available.
- For a visit of less than 4 nights we will charge a supplement of 10%.
- You do not need to pay a deposit - your word (in writing) is sufficient.
- Payment by cash only (no credit cards).
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of Arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
- For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40 % of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60 % of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 7 to 5 days prior to arrival, 70 % of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 4 days prior to arrival, 100 % of the total booking will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100 % of the amount paid for the missing days.
